Refunds/Exchanges 

All sales are final. Exchanges may be made at our discretion. Contact us for an exchange to be considered.

Exchange request made (15) days after item is received will not be considered. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages reported after (15) days upon reception will be considered fault of the customer.
